Job Responsibilities:
Payroll Assist with timely, full-cycle payroll processing weekly with the utmost precision Reconcile timesheets and payroll records with a keen eye for detail Research and resolve any payroll discrepancies with compassion Expertly process payroll deductions for insurance, garnishments and tax liens Process payroll for our heroic nurses weekly, ensuring they are empowered to focus on their sacred calling Process direct deposits for our field nurses weekly, keeping their families secure Complete 941, 942, and other state tax reports Benefits Administration Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Coordinate employee onboarding and benefits enrollment – Guide new hires through benefits options and assist with enrollment processes. Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., COBRA, FMLA, ACA). Coordinate with vendors and insurance providers to manage plans, resolve issues, and process claims or changes. Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate benefits deductions and reporting Accounts Payable Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper approval, and compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate accounts payable records and reconcile discrepancies in the accounting system. Communicate with vendors to resolve payment issues, inquiries, and discrepancies. Prepare and issue payments via checks, ACH, or other methods, ensuring timely disbursements. Support month-end and year-end closures, assisting with reconciliations and generating reports for financial analysis. Experience with Avid Payables Software. Proficiency in managing reoccurring annual payables, such as taxes, insurance, LLC registrations, business licenses, etc.
