We answer to each other and to the customers who trust us every day Now we’re hiring a Junior Accountant / Full Charge Bookkeeper to keep our financials sharp as we grow. This position can be based in either our LaBelle or Lehigh Acres office Your Role Review and improve day-to-day accounting workflows (A/R, A/P, payroll categorization) Own the month-end close and keep internal financials clean and current Reconcile accounts, fix discrepancies, and maintain a tidy general ledger Support job costing, margin tracking, and reporting on project performance Collaborate with our fractional CFO on budgets, forecasts, and cash flow planning Maintain a streamlined chart of accounts and consistent coding practices Help optimize tools like QuickBooks Online and ServiceTitan Be the steady hand that keeps our financial operations on point What You Bring Real-world accounting or bookkeeping experience Strong command of QuickBooks Online Experience in the trades (HVAC, plumbing, construction) is a big bonus Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a strong plus Detail-driven, proactive, and confident working with leadership A systems thinker who spots what’s missing and builds what’s needed Why This Role Matters You’ll work directly with decision-makers, not layers of management You’ll help shape how we grow, because financial clarity drives everything You’ll join a team that runs hard, communicates clearly, and respects the details You’ll be valued for what you bring and have room to build your role as we scale
