Junior Lease Analyst Job Description We are seeking a Junior Lease Analyst to assist with lease analysis and management tasks. This role involves creating and performing lease abstracts, inputting cash receipts, interpreting lease documents, and maintaining property data. The successful candidate will collaborate with property managers, review invoices, and interact with landlords to ensure tenant obligations are met. Responsibilities Assist Lease Analyst in creating and performing abstracts for new leases and amendments. Input cash receipts and perform invoicing in property management software. Enter lease information into the property management system. Interpret lease terms and manage reporting processes. Set up and maintain worksheets for Common Area Maintenance and Real Estate Taxes. Review leases and abstractions to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with Property Managers to resolve tenant account issues. Maintain and assure quality of data in the property database. Perform invoice reviews and ensure compliance with tenant obligations. Interact with landlords and assist in creating standard forms and policies. Essential Skills Proficiency in real estate and commercial leasing. Experience in invoice processing and reconciliation. Strong skills in Excel and lease abstraction. Knowledge of Accounts Payable/Receivable processes. Understanding of CAM (Common Area Maintenance) and budget analysis. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or property leasing. Experience with commercial leases, abstracts, and amendments. Training opportunity for AP/AR/Billing candidates with exposure to commercial real estate. Work Environment This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office work every other Monday through Thursday, approximately 8 days a month. The work environment offers a dynamic and large-scale commercial real estate setting, providing opportunities for professional growth and collaboration. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.64 – $24.04/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
