Lead Accountant Position Available In Hillsborough, Florida

Lead Accountant Rello Search Partners Tampa, FL 33605 We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join the finance team and help drive financial accuracy and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Reconcile accounts, including bank statements, balance sheets, and general ledger accounts. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations. Manage and support external audits. Identify process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years in accounting, with experience in general ledger and financial reporting. Knowledge of GAAP, and financial principles . Proficient with Microsoft Excel. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
