What We’re Looking For :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred 7+ years of accounting experience, with a focus on commercial real estate preferred Strong understanding of GAAP and property-level financial reporting Experience with real estate accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI) is a plus Proven leadership and team management skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
What You’ll Be Doing :
Manage all aspects of property-level accounting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Oversee and review property-level budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies Collaborate with property management and asset management teams to analyze financial performance and support operational strategies Manage cash flow and tenant billing processes, as well as analysis Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy
