Role:

The Regional Accountant will be a critical team member who will lead and support workstreams to advance key accounting objectives in the areas assigned. He/she will interface heavily with LSP’s Regional Controllers and other internal teams to ensure integrity within the financial statements and accounting consistency across our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day accounting functions by owning transactional accounting within the assigned accounting region. for identified partner companies in support of ensuring a complete, accurate, and timely monthly close process. Lead transactional accounting including but not limited to: cash application/bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, payroll accounting, fixed assets, prepaids, etc. Develop and maintain relationships with Partner regional accounting teams; provide outstanding customer service with a focus on fueling success of Partner companies. Identify best practices and opportunities to automate and/or streamline accounting processes for the assigned accounting region. Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support on accounting-related inquiries. Monitor adherence to internal Company policies, procedures, and controls. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of experience in accounting or a related field Prior experience in a field services industry or related field Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly

Excel Preferred Qualifications:

Systems aptitude with the following experience preferred: Sage Intacct, UKG, Bill.com and/or Service Titan Certified Public Accountant preferred MBA strongly preferred
