  Our client in Vero Beach, Florida, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team.

In this role, you will be working in accounting with an emphasis on the general ledger and account reconciliation. An understanding of accounting principles and procedures is essential for this position. $70,000

• $80,000 per year
  shift: First
  work hours: 8 AM
• 5 PM
  education: Bachelors Responsibilities General Ledger
• prepare GL accounts monthly reconciliations for assigned balance sheet accounts
  Process monthly recurring entries and monthly closing entries including: prepaid expenses, rent allocations, deferred revenue reniew and entries, and carious monthly reporting for service centers
  Download and import weekly CC transactions from expense module
  Reconcile General Ledger and Clearing account monthly
  Monitor and Audit reciept policy
  Assist with monthly company compliance
  Assist with physical inventory counts (as needed) Skills
  Account Reconciliation (5 years of experience is required)
  General Ledger (3 years of experience is required)
  Excel (5 years of experience is required)
  Excel Pivot Tables (5 years of experience is required)
  balance sheets (3 years of experience is required)
  expense reporting (3 years of experience is required)
