Our client, in Tallahassee, Fl is seeking an Accountant to join their team. As an Accountant, you will be part of the finance department supporting various financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work inter-dependently, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Vouches deposits and disbursements of state & federal and student financial aid/loan programs
Performs weekly and monthly fund reconciliations
Prepares and updates OSFA’s procedures and training manuals
Conducts compliance reviews of nonpublic post-secondary institutions
Utilizes Microsoft Office tools effectively in daily tasks
What’s Needed?
Professional business experience
Basic accounting knowledge
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
Ability to work inter-dependently
Strong organizational skills
