SALARY WILL BE DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT PAY POLICY. SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
This professional accounting position is responsible for the following duties: Ensure compliance with state laws, department procedures, HIPAA, and other fiscal standards for accurate and timely payments. Verify and process financial entries using systems like Ariba on Demand, FLAIR, BARS, and Axiom Pro. Audit invoices for proper certification and authorization, identify and correct any errors or missing information, and maintain organized automated files. Monitor and analyze daily and weekly invoice and encumbrance reports, follow up on outstanding items, and provide accounting support to staff, vendors, and auditors. Participate in year-end closing activities, maintain required training hours, and perform other related duties and special projects as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or its equivalent. One (1) or more years of accoutjning, finance or administrative experience.

Experience working in MyFloridaMarketplace (MFMP). Accounts Payable experience.
