Accountant III’s Key Responsibilities:
Asan Accountant III , you’ll play a key role in general ledgeraccounting, month-end and year-end close, and financial reportingactivities. Reporting to the Controller, you will: Prepare complexjournal entries and supporting documentation. Reconcile assignedbalance sheet and income statement accounts. Support monthly,quarterly, and year-end close procedures. Assist with preparationand review of financial statements and management reports. Analyzefinancial results and prepare narratives for internal reporting.
Provide audit support by preparing documentation and addressingrequests. Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, andaccounting policies. Help improve accounting workflows and documentinternal processes. Assist in accounting policy updates and systemtesting. Train stakeholders on general ledger processes andreporting standards.
Accountant III’s Qualifications:
Bachelor’sdegree in Accounting or Finance 6 years of experience in generalledger accounting and financial reporting Strong knowledge of GAAPand internal controls Experience in healthcare accounting orfamiliarity with FQHC requirements preferred AccountingJobsFinanceCareers HealthcareAccounting AccountantJobs NowHiring
