Job Description:

Post journal entries and maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting. Maintain and enforce internal controls in accordance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements. Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Support cost accounting processes, inventory valuation, and conduct production-related financial analysis. Record and analyze revenue transactions in compliance with applicable accounting standards. Lead and support month-end and year-end close activities, including the preparation of financial statements, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, manage accruals, and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. Record payroll journal entries, reconcile payroll accounts, and ensure accurate booking of employee expenses. Qualifications to

Bachelors in Accounting or Finance Proficiency in month-end processes, reconciliation, journal entries, and balance sheet preparation. Strong understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. Advanced skills in using pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, and Oracle. Experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry is required.
