Our culture is built on clarity, ethics, and collaboration. Job Description (Short Version): We are hiring an experienced CPA or EA to join our team as a Senior Tax Reviewer and Preparer. This hybrid role includes tax review, accrual-based financial oversight, SOP refinement, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates must be licensed, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a partially remote, partially in-office team.

Job Location:

Hybrid – Ocala, FL (Local applicants preferred for monthly on-site collaboration)

Salary Range:

$35.00 – $50.00 per hour (W2 or contractor)

Employment Type:

Part-Time (32 hours/week)

Qualifications:
