REQUIREMENT!
Duties:
Process accounts receivable and payable. Monitor financial transactions and reports. Monthly AIAs to clients for payments. Work with project managers, project supervisor and subcontractors. And other duties as needed.
Requirements:
AIAs, commercial construction experience is required. A degree at some level is preferred. BS in Accounting or AS. All of your experience does not have to be in commercial construction but you MUST have at least a 5 years in the business so you understand the process and how it works.
