Accountant Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Job Description Researches, prepares, reviews and reconciles financial statements and reports. Analyzes and mitigates compliance risk/errors of a complex nature. Analyzes and interprets complex directives, policies and regulatory requirements to provide recommendations on new and existing accounting issues including the writing of white papers on accounting issues. Identifies and communicates cost collection requirements while developing, implementing and maintaining cost accounting structure/systems, tools, data and related realignment activities. Supports the development and deployment of complex changes to accounting tools and processes. This person will assist during the teams SAP transition, they will not be actively working with SAP but any SAP experience/knowledge is highly preferred. The team dedicates a lot of time at the front end to train and build up new hires but they are needing someone who is a hard worker, wanting to learn and grow while with the team.
