Job Description:
Prepare monthly corporate financial statements such as balance sheet, income statement and cash flows report, and quarterly and annual budget forecast by analyzing financial variances for the company.
Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports and make financial recommendations to managers and provide sufficient financial analysis and projections for Business Plan.
Research and analyze accounting discrepancies and carry out monthly bank reconciliations by using accounting software and system.
Manage the tax budgeting and forecasting process, including the preparation of estimated payments.
Plan and execute financial and information technology, internal auditing, fraud investigations and accounting regulatory compliance reviews. Prepare management reports by analyzing financial variances and prepare budgets and develop financial forecasts.
Comply with state and federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations, adhering to requirements, and advising owners on required actions and tax strategy adjustments. Process year-end 1099s and W-2s.
Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax documents and represent the company to address the inquiries by taxing authorities.
Job Requirements:
Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or other related field. Must have knowledge of managerial accounting, federal income taxes and Financial Statement Analysis.
