This position offers a blend of responsibilities, including accounting and treasury functions across multiple entities. The ideal candidate has a strong real estate background. Key Responsibilities Manage accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting, and forecasting Collaborate with external accounting firm on treasury and bookkeeping Consolidate and analyze financial data for reporting purposes Maintain accounting systems including QuickBooks Online Qualifications +3 or more years of accounting experience in the real estate industry Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Proficient in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
