This role goes beyond traditional bookkeeping and plays an important part in generating insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial reports to support business planning and performance reviews Conduct financial analysis on key metrics, trends, and variances Reconcile bank and credit card statements Assist with monthly and quarterly closings Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls Collaborate with order management and logistics teams on invoicing and financial documentation

Qualifications:

2-4 years of accounting experience with emphasis on reporting and analysis Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication skills Spanish/English preferred; Italian a plus
