Marketing Accounting Staff
On-site – Doral A growing team is looking for a financially driven professional to serve as a key link between the marketing and accounting functions. This position supports the marketing department by managing budgeting processes, tracking expenses, and providing financial analysis that drives decision-making. Ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of accounting or finance experience—particularly those who have worked in a business or marketing-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

Partner with the marketing team to develop and manage budgets for campaigns and departmental operations
Track and reconcile expenditures to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with internal financial guidelines
Prepare financial reports and performance summaries to evaluate budget usage and campaign outcomes
Offer strategic insights to improve the return on marketing investments and identify cost-optimization opportunities
Support planning efforts for new initiatives by presenting financial justifications and tracking budget approvals
Maintain financial compliance with internal policies and standard accounting practices

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
Comfortable working cross-functionally with non-financial teams
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of pivot tables and data analysis tools
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Familiarity with marketing spend metrics or prior experience supporting marketing teams is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is perferred
