• Customized solutions tailored to client needs Job Summary Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards, oversee financial record-keeping tasks.

Responsibilities encompass a variety of clerical, administrative, and accounting duties. Maintain document flow to ensure prompt processing. Provide administrative support to the Financial Controller and Commercial Managers. Main duties and responsibilities General administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, data entry and mailing Assist Senior Accountant and Finance Director in day-to-day activities Assist in processing PRF’s (including trade payables, other payables and expense claims) Responsible for AR Collections Provide ad hoc accounting reports for internal stakeholders Assist in monthly and annual closing process Backup Logistics and Trade Operations in maintaining workflow Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails Liaise with GAR US and SG to handle requests, queries and relay accurate information Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Handle data entry tasks and ensure accurate financial reporting. Prepare financial reports as needed by management or senior accountants. Job requirements Bachelor’s Degree in either Accounting, Business or equivalent experience 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative, logistical or accounting position Able to operate Microsoft Office, SAP and be familiar with any other software pertinent to your industry.. Personality Traits High level of education and experience within an office environment Organized and logical, willing to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures. Be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment, communicating effectively with both colleagues and clients and following verbal and written instructions.
