Schedule and Shift:
Monday – Friday Full-Time Range between 8:00 am – 6:00 pm
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may vary by role and placement, but can include the following: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts Prepare journal entries, financial statements, and supporting documentation Process accounts payable and receivable Manage payroll and assist with tax reporting Assist with audits and internal controls Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations Analyze financial data and report on variances Support the month-end and year-end close processes Maintain accurate and organized financial records Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed QualificatiAssociate’s Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (varies by role) Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or clerical finance support Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, SAP, Oracle) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Knowledge of GAAP is a plus Certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a bonus for higher-level roles
