Job Summary:
The primary focus of this role is to provide audit oversight for the monthly accounting of various client accounts. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client audits plus adhering to strict deadlines and a project timeline are essential in this role.
Essential Responsibilities/Job Functions:
Work with current accountants to audit client monthly and quarterly financial reports. Analyzing client checking and deposit reports. Bank reconciliation. Quarterly account journal entries. Asset Depreciation. Issue financial statements. Prepare account schedules. Assist with various accounting projects, audits, and miscellaneous assignments. Works under the guidance of department Accounting Manager. Prepare reports and conduct analyses of client financials. Support Director of Client Accounting on special projects as they arise. •

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in QuickBooks. At least 1 year of work experience in accounting and/or auditing. Undergraduate degree. Superb presence and exceptional written/email communication skills. Detail-oriented, extremely well organized, able to juggle many tasks under pressure. Able to prioritize tasks quickly, solve problems, and involve additional resources as needed. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Positive attitude, ability to learn and adapt.
