This position requires a highly motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual:

Spanish and English.

Annual salary:

$75,000-$90,000 (based on experience).

Tasks Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and financial reporting. Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accurate financial performance tracking. Oversee tax compliance and work with external auditors as needed. Implement and maintain efficient financial systems using QuickBooks Online. Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making.

Requirements Requirements:

A degree in Accounting or a related field. A minimum of 4 years of accounting experience( plus in the restaurant or hospitality industry) Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is a must. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Energetic and adaptable to a demanding work environment. The nature of this role requires someone who can keep up with the fast pace of the restaurant industry. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
