Corporate Accountant

LOCATION
1 to 2 days per week in Miami, FL AND 1 to 2 days per week in Dania Beach, FL (1 day remote weekly)
Compensation:

Corporate Accountant:
Overall support for month-end close Accounts Payable
- enter vendor invoices into accounting software Accounts Receivables
- cash application & reconciliation; statements of accounts coordination Prepare debit & credit notes Monthly journal entries including accruals & prepaids Inventory management Support with audit data requests Expense reports & reimbursement requests Balance sheet reconciliations; Fixed assets maintenance Qualifications

Corporate Accountant:
Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
REQUIRED
Ideally 5+ years’ related accounting experience Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) Knowledge of Visio, SAP or JDE (JD Edwards) a plus Must have advanced math abilities; able to compute percentages & ratios with knowledge of algebra / geometry
