Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, fearless, and relationship-oriented CPA Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate is not just technically skilled, but also a confident communicator, problem-solver, and self-starter — someone who takes initiative, leads client interactions with clarity, and isn’t afraid to ask questions or seek feedback. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations (1120, 1120S), and partnerships (1065) Provide strategic tax planning and client advisory throughout the year Lead and manage ongoing client relationships with professionalism and accountability Interpret and apply changes in tax law; stay current on federal and state regulations Review financial statements and assist in structuring tax-efficient strategies Proactively communicate with clients and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks Collaborate with the team on business structuring and international compliance projects Assist in mentoring junior staff, reviewing work, and sharing knowledge

Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a CPA firm or relevant tax/accounting setting Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field CPA license (or actively working toward CPA certification) Proficiency in tax software (e.g., Intuit ProSeries, Drake, or similar) Strong understanding of U.S. tax code, compliance rules, and financial reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented, resourceful, and highly organized
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$50,000 – $70,000, commensurate with experience
Tax Season Bonuses:
Two annual bonuses based on performance
