Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Automotive industry experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail and time management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic understanding of service department operations Entry to mid-level computer and office skills Ability to analyze and resolve variances efficiently Positive, customer-focused attitude Self-motivated and accountable team player
