About This Role
Interim Operational Accounting Support to assist Organization due to staffing deficiency. What You Will Work On
Will assist with the monthly financial accounting close processes as it relates to revenue, inventory, and cost of sales, including preparing/recording journal entries and reconciling accounts.
Will be preparing/recording journal entries.
Will be performing/reviewing account reconciliations.
Will be preparing variance analyses
Experience with NetSuite

REQUIRED

What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CMA preferred).
4+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or transportation environment.
Hands-on experience with journal entries and reconciliation processes.
Proficient in ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar).
Advanced Excel skills and strong data analysis capabilities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively across departments and explain financial concepts to non-financial teams.
