The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insights that drive business decisions. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, along with proficiency in various financial software and tools. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. Conduct regular audits of financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with suppliers to manage supplier relationships effectively. Oversee inventory control processes, including shipping and receiving operations. Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to optimize supply chain management. Analyze financial data using Power BI to provide actionable insights for decision-making. Assist in the development of budgets and forecasts to guide business strategy. Support warehouse management by coordinating financial aspects related to inventory. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within supply chain management. Strong knowledge of supplier management, sourcing, and warehouse operations is a plus. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI is highly desirable. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
