$55,000 – $60,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
education: Associate Responsibilities Performing account reconciliations and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including preparing and posting journal entries.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other general ledger accounts.
Support the accounts payable and receivable processes.
Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
Conduct research on discrepancies and assist in resolving any accounting issues.
Support other finance and administrative tasks as needed. Skills
