Miami, FL Are you a detail-oriented and experienced accountant looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a talented individual who is passionate about numbers, possesses excellent analytical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring adherence to accounting principles and company policies. Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, including the preparation of financial statements and supporting schedules. Monitor project costs, budgets, and variances to ensure accurate financial reporting. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to analyze project financials and provide valuable insights. Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis to support decision-making. Conduct periodic audits and internal control assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with the preparation of tax filings and provide support during external audits.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the real estate development or construction industry. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and financial reporting tools. Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
