We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our daily accounting functions. You’ll work directly under our Financial Controller to help manage accounts payable and receivable, maintain organized records, and support routine financial tasks. We’re looking for someone dependable, precise, and ready to learn. Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and customer payments Support monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and credit cards Prepare and maintain accurate digital and paper records for accounting and compliance Assist with preparing data for payroll, PTO tracking, and departmental time reporting Generate and review customer invoices for accuracy and documentation Follow up on receivables and help monitor incoming/outgoing payments Assist with inventory and financial documentation during month-end and year-end closings Help prepare key financial reports or summaries as directed Coordinate with other departments to resolve invoice or payment issues Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Familiarity with accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, or similar) Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic office tools High attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to meet deadlines Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on-site full time in our Miami office English required.
