Marketing Accounting Staff

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the financial aspects of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget forecasts, expense tracking, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Monitor and reconcile marketing expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend and improve ROI.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the marketing team in securing funding for new initiatives by presenting financial data and justifying budget requests.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements in all financial activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within a marketing or business context.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost analysis.
Familiarity with marketing financial metrics and KPIs.

Soft Skills:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Effective communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
