As we continue to scale, we’re seeking a senior financial leader who can bring both rigor and insight to our financial operations. Who We Are Looking For We’re hiring an Accountant / Controller to own and lead the finance function of our fast-paced manufacturing business. You should have deep experience with NetSuite , a strong grasp of inventory and cost accounting , and the confidence to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally with leadership. This is not a passive, reporting-only role — it’s for someone who thrives in the details of the numbers , the structure of the systems , and the big-picture impact of financial clarity. Job Responsibilities Own full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, account reconciliations, and monthly close Lead all NetSuite financial operations , ensuring clean books and structured, scalable processes Manage inventory and COGS accounting , including cycle counts, inventory valuation, and cost structure integrity Prepare monthly financial statements, dashboards, and executive-level reporting Oversee AP/AR workflows and ensure timely vendor payments, collections, and reconciliations Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and leadership to forecast and analyze costs and margins Implement and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and best practices Support tax filings, audit preparation, and regulatory compliance activities Proactively identify opportunities to optimize processes, reporting, and inventory accuracy Skills and Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on NetSuite experience in a manufacturing or inventory-heavy environment 7+ years of progressive accounting experience , including supervisory or controller-level responsibilities Strong command of inventory accounting, standard costing, and cost analysis Deep understanding of GAAP and internal control principles Proven ability to build structure and processes in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting Detail-oriented, data-driven, and solutions-focused Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across departments Must live within a 45-minute drive of
