Responsibilities:
All monthly accounting•job cost, WIP schedules, forecasting, project budgeting, AP, AR/collections Track project budgets, change orders, and compliance documentation Prepare monthly billings (AIA format preferred) and manage subcontractor payments Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and compliance documentation Support audits and maintain accurate financial records
Qualifications:
2+ years of construction accounting experience Strong knowledge of job costing and project billing Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sage, Procore, Viewpoint or others) Detail-oriented with strong communication skills Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field Ascendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
