Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Project Coordinator to oversee and optimize electronic payment processes, vendor management systems, and financial operations within the YARDI software ecosystem. This role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and driving efficiency in financial workflows. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in electronic payment platforms, vendor relationship management, and advanced knowledge of YARDI Voyager and its associated modules. This is for a full time in office opportunity in the heart of Coral Gables.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination & Implementation + Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of financial projects related to electronic payments and vendor management. + Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and system upgrades within YARDI software. + Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining alignment with organizational goals. Electronic Payment Systems + Manage and optimize electronic payment processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with financial regulations. + Act as the primary liaison for troubleshooting electronic payment issues within YARDI and other integrated platforms. + Evaluate and recommend improvements to payment systems to enhance user experience and reduce processing time. Vendor Management + Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring seamless communication and adherence to contractual agreements. + Oversee vendor onboarding, payment schedules, and compliance checks using YARDI tools. + Monitor vendor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement. YARDI Software Expertise + Configure, maintain, and update YARDI modules related to accounts payable, vendor management, and electronic payments. + Train staff on YARDI functionalities and best practices to enhance operational efficiency. + Stay updated on YARDI software updates, new features, and industry trends to ensure optimal utilization. Reporting & Compliance + Generate and analyze financial reports related to payment processing, vendor expenses, and project performance. + Ensure compliance with financial policies, internal controls, and external regulatory requirements. + Collaborate with auditors and regulatory bodies during reviews or audits.

Requirements Qualifications:

Education & Experience + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. + 3-5 years of experience in financial project coordination, electronic payment systems, or vendor management. + Proven expertise in YARDI Voyager and its associated modules (AP, VendorCafe, PayScan, etc.). Skills & Competencies + Strong project management and organizational skills. + In-depth knowledge of electronic payment systems and financial compliance standards. + Proficient in data analysis and financial reporting. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team collaboration.

+ Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines as well as work independently.
