AssociateResponsibilities Manage all accounting functions for assigned properties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for each property. Monitor and record monthly accruals and prepaid expenses. Support property managers with financial insights and reporting. Maintain lease abstracts and ensure financial terms align with lease agreements. Assist with year-end audits and provide requested schedules and documentation. Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and reporting deadlines.
