Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting across all real estate entities Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage cash flow forecasting and investor reporting Coordinate audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance Implement internal controls and process improvements Liaise with lenders, partners, and asset managers ______________
Qualifications :
