Key Responsibilities:

Master the

Accounting ERP :

Manage the day-to-day administration of our ERP system by uploading, reconciling, and ensuring the integrity of transactions for a seamless financial workflow.

General Ledger Oversight :

Take charge of maintaining and overseeing the general ledger for 30+ entities, ensuring accurate journal entries and reconciliations with a high level of precision.

Financial Statement Preparation :

Prepare and present timely, accurate, and comprehensive financial statements-including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports-for 30+ entities across multiple sectors.

Bank & Investment Reconciliations :

Own the process of reconciling bank and investment accounts to ensure smooth financial operations and consistency across all financial records. Coordination with

Financial Reporting :

Act as the bridge between accounting and financial reporting, ensuring all accounting data aligns seamlessly with reporting requirements.

Investment Portfolio Tracking :

Take the lead in tracking and reconciling investment transactions across diverse portfolios, including equities, real estate, hedge funds, private investments, and private equity, providing insight into a wide array of assets. Collaborate with

Tax Advisors :

Work hand-in-hand with tax advisors to ensure corporate tax returns (federal, state, and local) are filed on time and accurately for 8+ entities.

Tax Reporting & Deductions :
