Senior Accountant We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to lead the accounting operations. This role will be instrumental in managing our financial reporting, sales tax compliance, and day-to-day bookkeeping, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and NetSuite best practices. Responsibilities Supervise and support offshore Bookkeepers, ensuring accurate and timely entries and reconciliations Implement and maintain accounting best practices using NetSuite Oversee all aspects of bookkeeping, sales tax compliance, and finance operations Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Assist with audit preparation and collaborate with external auditors as needed Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements Identify and lead process improvements to enhance reporting and efficiency Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and financial transparency Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong working knowledge of NetSuite and Financial Systems best practices Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience CPA license is a plus Bilingual (Spanish, English) is a plus Experience managing or supervising a team Excellent organizational and communication skills
