Job Description
Seeking a detail-oriented and strategically-minded Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst to contribute to the continued growth of the business. This role involves financial planning, forecasting, month and year-end closing, account analysis, and a variety of ad-hoc financial projects. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, able to multitask, works independently, and excels at translating complex data into actionable analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Support month-end close, monthly forecasting, and annual budgeting processes for management Prepare and update program rights and entertainment cashflow schedules Assist in compiling balance sheets for monthly reviews and reporting on quarterly variances Prepare and deliver quarterly reports, including operational reviews and royalty payouts Manage revenue from royalties and licensing, process billing requests, and coordinate vendor payments in partnership with operations Complete additional projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by department management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Preferred knowledge of Oracle applications (PBCS) Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills Effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities Demonstrated experience with systems and data visualization tools Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of projects
