To learn more about what we do, visit analyticpartners.com – and see why we’re recognized as a Leader in the industry by independent research firms Forrester and Gartner . n What you’ll be doing: Conduct US and International billings Assist in preparing travel and entertainment billbacks to clients Support CET and clients with AR inquiries Set up the Company as a vendor for new clients Support with revenue and accounts receivable analysis Lead timely invoice collection efforts Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies Ensure that policies and procedures are followed Anticipate ongoing requests to maintain effective systems and procedures and actively contribute to systems and process improvement Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential Other duties as assigned What we look for in you:

Required:

3 + years of accounting experience (Prior AR/revenue experience is a plus)

Required:
Knowledge of Salesforce Required:

Microsoft Office, ERP (NetSuite a plus), and business systems experience

Required:

Excel knowledge, with demonstrated knowledge of pivot tables, formulas, shortcut

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting Basic understanding of GAAP Ability to work well and communicate with others Ability to work independently and be self-motivated Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize workload according to volume, urgency, etc. n Our differentiator is – Our People!
