Construction Location:
Miami, FL A growing construction company in Miami is looking for a Project Accountant. You’ll handle day-to-day accounting for construction projects-tracking budgets, managing contractor payments, and preparing financial reports. You’ll report directly to the Controller/CFO and work in a stable, professional setting with room to grow.
What You’ll Do:
Handle daily accounting for assigned projects Track budgets and progress using percentage-of-completion Prepare monthly financial reports for leadership Manage contractor payments and construction draws Assist the Controller/CFO as needed
What You’ll Need:
4+ years of project accounting experience Construction industry background required Solid understanding of construction accounting Good with Excel and accounting software A degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus, not a must
