Job Description
Established and growing real estate developer headquartered in Miami is searching for a project accountant to join their expanding team. This is a newly created role that will report directly to the controller and oversee day to day and project accounting.
Responsibilities:
Complete AIA forms/billings Manage project accounting and percentage of completion Prepare monthly reporting for the owners Job costing Various related responsibilities
Requirements:
Bachelors degree a plus but not required 4+ years of project accounting experience Experience within a construction company Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
