Job DescriptionJob Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Associate to support a wide range of accounting and financial operations across multiple entities and locations. This role will work closely with the CFO and play a key part in ensuring timely and accurate reporting, reconciliation, and support of daily financial processes. The ideal candidate is bilingual English & Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the CFO to prepare and distribute financial reports and disclosures to the CEO and headquarters Support the invoicing process and manage accounts receivable, including resolving customer inquiries or discrepancies Oversee accounting activities for multiple legal entities and business locations Assist in the accounts payable process, including vendor invoicing, bill entry, and timely payments Perform regular bank, credit card, and general account reconciliations Reconcile intercompany balances and transactions Support payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate statutory payroll submissions Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting process Prepare ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned Assist in refining financial processes and implementing procedural improvements in alignment with evolving business needs and Group policies

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3+ years of experience in general accounting or finance roles Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes Experience working with multiple entities or international operations is a plus Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively Help for Employer Information.
