Sr. Accountant Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Miami, Florida. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in eCommerce accounting and financial reporting. You will play a key part in managing accounts, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the financial health of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume bank and vendor account reconciliations with precision and accuracy.
• Oversee accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments and proper documentation.
• Prepare profit and loss statements and balance sheets to support financial reporting.
• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all entries are accurate and compliant.
• Utilize QuickBooks for day-to-day accounting tasks and reporting.
• Generate reports and perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP formulas.
• Conduct month-end close activities, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date.
• Leverage eCommerce accounting experience to manage transactions and reconcile accounts within platforms like Magento.

• Proven experience in accounting with a focus on eCommerce transactions.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks for accounting and reporting tasks.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functionality.
• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and journal entries.
• Experience with profit and loss reporting and balance sheet preparation.
• Ability to manage high-volume reconciliations with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Magento or similar eCommerce platforms is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate effectively.
