We are seeking anaccountant, looking for growth opportunities. This will be onsiteM-F (9a-6p) in Miami, FL. Job Overview We are seeking adetail-oriented and knowledgeable Accountant to join our team. Theideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing the accounting,preparing the Financial Statements, and preparing and filingbusiness tax returns for our clients, ensuring compliance with allapplicable tax laws and regulations. This role requires stronganalytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to workefficiently under deadlines. Job Description You will beresponsible for corporate tax returns and client forms preparation.

Generally, support the Accounting team and assist in accurate andtimely financial preparation of client documents/statements. Skills& Requirements Bachelor’s degree preferred 5 years ofaccounting/tax experience Preparation/review of business taxreturns, including 1040, 1041, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 990, 5471/5472tax forms Preparation of business tax returns/reporting Preparationof financial statements (monthly/quarterly/annually), includingP&L, etc. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Emphasis on useof Excel) Proficient ability in use of tax preparation software/Ability to analyze and review financial statements Good knowledgeof U.S. GAAP/financial reporting Ability to work with and developteam members. Team player with strong communication, timemanagement, organization, and analytical skills
