Staff Accountant Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

A real estate company located in Miami is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to become a part of a dynamic finance team. This role offers the opportunity to significantly contribute to their daily financial operations by managing transactions, vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payments. This is a contract role and the ideal candidate will bring experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and Yardi. $30 – $34 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 9 AM – 6

PMeducation:

AssociateResponsibilities Understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles. Performing account reconciliations and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including preparing and posting journal entries. Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other general ledger accounts. Support the accounts payable and receivable processes. Help prepare monthly financial reports. Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes. Conduct research on discrepancies and assist in resolving any accounting issues. Support other finance and administrative tasks as needed.
