Description Seeking a Senior Staff Accountant looking for continued growth in the Accounting field.
Task expectations are as follows:
CASH FLOW
experience needed
- Exposure to month-end closing to be able to assist in the process
- Experience with GL accounting (general ledger)
- Bank Account and credit card reconciliations
- Financial Statement -prep and review
- Heavy Financial report: balance sheet, income statement and cash flow
- Reconciles cash disbursement accounts, customer accounts, and other financial accounts
- Manage the accounts receivable process and perform collections as needed
- Verify and audit payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts
- Manage the purchasing and invoicing process to ensure efficiency in the process
- Maintains knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures GAAP
- Support with the accounting cycle as needed
