Job Description
Description We are looking for a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to the financial success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general ledger account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close processes, including preparing journal entries and maintaining balance sheet accounts.
- Analyze and report on operating accounts, cash flow, and working capital to provide actionable insights.
- Maintain detailed records of profit and loss, taxes, liabilities, and assets for accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare specialized financial reports by collecting and analyzing data to support senior management decisions.
- Monitor and suggest improvements to accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant accounting standards in all financial activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any errors or inconsistencies in financial data.
- Support accounts receivable processes, including collections and reconciliation of customer payments.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of accounting experience with a focus on attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate finance principles.
- Proficiency in general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliation processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable and payroll reconciliation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
