Staff Accountant Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Record and analyze financial transactions, including assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses. + Maintain and reconcile general ledger and subsidiary accounts. + Perform bank reconciliations, process cash receipts, and manage A/R and A/P. + Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end and year-end closing. + Review financial statements and resolve discrepancies in invoices and billing. + Monitor vendor statements and ensure timely, accurate payments. + Maintain fixed asset schedules and support tax and audit preparation. + Assist with compliance-related payments for licenses, permits, and contracts. + Support the CFO with special projects as needed.

Requirements Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience). + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks. + Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Spanish communication skills preferred.
