Job Description
Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our client’s accounting team. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and reconciliations + Assist with month-end and year-end closings + Process accounts payable and accounts receivable + Assist with financial reporting and audits + Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Requirements Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field is a plus + 2+ years of accounting experience + Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Must be able to start immediately!
